1. Acceptance of Terms
This website is operated by MR DARSHANKUMAR HITENDRAKUMAR VANIYA.
By accessing and using Daily Salad's subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. Daily Salad reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Subscription Service
Daily Salad offers subscription plans for fresh, chef-crafted salad bowls delivered to your doorstep. Our service includes:
- 7-Day, 15-Day, and 30-Day subscription plans
- Morning delivery between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- Evening delivery (coming soon - subscribers get early access)
- Signature bowl prepared fresh each night
- Ability to pause or skip deliveries with 24 hours notice
3. Account Registration
To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your phone number, email address, and delivery address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through PhonePe payment gateway. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the full subscription amount upfront for your chosen plan
- Provide accurate payment information
- Authorize Daily Salad to charge your payment method for the subscription
- Understand that all prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
Payment must be completed before your subscription is activated. If payment fails, your subscription will remain in pending status until payment is successfully processed.
5. Delivery Terms
We strive to deliver your salad bowl within the specified time window. However:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.)
- You must provide accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, we reserve the right to charge for the delivery attempt
- Deliveries are currently available in Patan and surrounding areas
6. Pause and Skip Policy
You may pause your subscription or skip specific delivery dates with at least 24 hours notice. Skipped deliveries will not be refunded, but your subscription end date will be extended accordingly. Paused subscriptions will resume automatically after the pause period ends, unless you cancel.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation terms:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery
- No refunds will be provided for deliveries already made
- Remaining deliveries after cancellation will be processed as per our refund policy
- Once cancelled, your subscription will not auto-renew
8. Product Quality and Freshness
We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality salad bowls. Our bowls are prepared fresh each night using produce sourced from trusted farms. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us at support@dailysalad.in within 2 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
10. Limitation of Liability
Daily Salad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Daily Salad platform are the property of Daily Salad or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patan, India.
